Byblos, Jeita Grotto, Lady of Harissa & Beirut City Centre - Duration: 9 hours
Adults: 27CYP - Children (2-12 years old): 16CYP |  | | | This excursion in Beirut starts with a visit to the city’s centre, where centuries-old tradition combines with modern architecture in an almost incredible rebuilding project. You will then proceed to Jeita Grotto, to admire the caverns sculpted by water and time, which created awe-inspiring stalactites and stalagmites. A unique experience that will stay with you forever! You will then drive on to Byblos, the oldest settlement in the world, where there is a fascinating combination of ancient ruins and a colorful bazaar. The excursion continues with a panoramic tour of Jounieh, a city of high rise buildings on a mountainside, and a visit to the Church of the Lady of Harissa, on a rise of 620 metres. From here you can enjoy a stunning view of the city of Beirut. NOTE: packed lunch is also offered which is prepared on board the vessel. |

Adults: 23CYP - Children (2-12 years old): 18CYP | | | | The tour from the Port of Latakia takes you to one of Syria’s prime attractions, the finest castle CRAC DES CHEVALIERS. Despite two terrible earthquakes, the Castle still looks very much as it did in the year 1200. You will walk through the castle in the 21st century but will be taken 9 centuries back to a time of war and siege. The guides will tell the story of the Crac des Chevaliers. Following a one-hour and a half tour of the Castle, you will then proceed to St. George’s Convent. Following your visit at the Monastery,you will continue to the centre of Latakia where you will have the opportunity to experience and shop at the traditional bazaars and shops of the city. NOTE: you will also be offered packed lunch that is prepared on board the vessel. |
